The venue was in an unbeatable and magnificent location near to the trams, a cafe that was open late and many restaurants for what we wanted it for. Everything was simply excellent. Recently refurbished hotel, absolutely perfect and excellent location, we booked a standard twin room and liked it. Location: the venue was so close to the railway station, all major attractions and the river and bridge which gives a good view. Great service, even though a few employees were very unfriendly. Parking situation very bad, underground car park about 500m away, but this information is not available anywhere. No kettle in the hotel room. Breakfast, staff came every morning and served in front of the guests.

The breakfast was good and sufficient. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the offer to be able to press oranges fresh by means of a machine. The room was remarkably large and nicely furnished. There was a nice view out the window.
Despite the apparently good windows, there is a lot of traffic noise in the room, which can disturb the night's rest. Parking is only possible in an external underground car park (18 € per day), which is about 8 minutes walk from the hotel.

The underground car park (reservation required) a pure catastrophe. very narrow and with a bigger car one has nearly no chance to drive in and/or out without scratching. The breakfast was a little disappointing. no choice and very meagre.

For the 3rd time I travel to Strasbourg with friends and stay overnight in Ibis Styles. The rooms are great. They are large, clean, separate toilet and the beds are comfortable and not at all saggy. . We also like the proximity to the city very much. We'll come back next year.
